Exchanges and discussion with National Chi Nan University
The Chiang Cun-xiong Art Museum was officially established at National Chi Nan University in Taichung. The university specially invited several important leaders from the Federation of Photographic Art in Asia (FAPA) to gather together, including Secretary-General Mr. Seah Liang Bing, last year's Sri Lankan Congress President Mr. Vimal Sena, and Mr. Hon Choon Kim, former Deputy Minister of Education of Malaysia and current Standing Committee Member and Chairman of the examination board of FAPA.
In the evening, representatives from various countries gathered to reminisce and engage in in-depth exchanges and discussions on future transnational cooperation in photographic art, jointly opening a new chapter in the promotion of photographic culture.

The 28th FAPA Congress kicks off in Sri Lanka, Colombo with Sri Lanka’s Minister of Culture and Deputy Minister of Tourism to grace the opening ceremony of the congress.
